I am so pleased with the help and service Crandall (now RSLM VI Properties) offers. The condo we stayed in was everything we were looking for - in the heart of Cruz Bay, modern, well equipped, clean. Our whole party loved it. Crandall staff went out of their way to make things easy for us including providing the pack and play we needed and meeting us at 7:30pm when we got off the ferry. She showed us to the condo, helped us unload, gave us her contact info. and was extremely helpful and friendly! We will definitely use Crandall for our next trip.
